Of course who knows what happened when Frank and Amanda manage to get back to “civilization” leaving all the other survivor members of the game, the Game Master, and his sister dead. Although I found this book to move at a quick pace, I also found the story to be a rehash of many novels which have gone before it, I wont waste anyone’s time by naming novels, but the similarities are obvious.

At the outset, there are five, all brought to the starting line after being drugged and kidnapped. We get a bit of creepy weirdness. This book was written in and in a little over ten years, the book already seems somewhat dated with the players using hand-held GPS devices and the most advanced cell phone being a Blackberry! Geocaching is also talked about in the novel and is something I have heard about but really knew little Video gamers will be most satisfied.
Balenger gets his gun back and the five try to go upstairs, Balenger remembering that Carlisle’s suite had been there. I got hungry, and still I didn’t stop. Frank Balenger, the resolute but damaged hero of Creepersnow finds himself trapped in a nightmarish game of fear scavenged death.
Well I wasn’t very impressed with that but I was more than ready to give this a go. The five players are made to wear different colored moorrell suits, use a GPS device, and always wear a headset that the “Game Master” can dsvid to communicate with them. I could not stop reading this until I was done. In addition, some of the details presented about geo-caching and video games seemed stale and outdated, as well as somewhat condescending. They discover that Ronnie has a video system all about the Paragon and has been spying on them all the time.
I love the obscure info and the odd premise. I really wanted to like this book. Ecker rated it liked it.
Feb 20, William M. Maybe I was younger then. I think it probably would have been a much better read if it stood alone, rather than as a sequel. Not as “scary” as it was hyped to be. You’re scavenher the right place A fast read with a good amount of suspense.
